  • 1966

    • It was capitalizeds at 2.5 million yen. Asahi Wood Processing Co., Ltd. 1st Factory was established in Akebono-cho, Toyokawa City, and the second factory was established in Sanzoko-cho, Toyokawa City, and Toshiba TV cabinets, stereo cabinets, furniture, etc were manufactured as a cooperative factory of Asahi Woodworking Co., Ltd.

  • 1970

    • Asahi Wood Processing Co., Ltd. 1st Factory integrated 2nd Factory

  • 1972

    • Nasu Stainless Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (currently Naslac Corporation) started trading and manufactured hanging cupboards for kitchens.

  • 1973

    • Tokyo Shibaura Electric Co., Ltd. (now Toshiba Corporation) started trading.

  • 1976

    • Moved to current address.

  • 1987

    • As an overseas base, we established a sales office in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

  • 1988

    • ADK sales begin.

  • 1990

    • As an overseas base, ASAHI MOKUZAI (M)SDN. BHD established.

  • 1992

    • Started business with SONY Corporation.

    • Started selling our own brand OLIVE. (Knock Down Furniture)

    • Started sales of our own brand Swing. (TV stand)

    • Started business with Aichi Casio Corporation.

    • Started sales of our own brand BOSCO. (Furniture)

    • Started business with Nanao Corporation.

    • Started business with Yamaha Corporation.

    • ASAHI MOKUZAI(M)SDN.BHD.MS.ISO9001-2000 certified.

  • 2009

    • Started sales of its own brand tribuna. (Reclining Chair Furniture)

    • Started sales of our own brand AQUA WOOD.

    • ASAHI MOKUZAI(M)SDN.BHD.MS.ISO14001-2004 certified.

    • Started sales of own brand BRIDGE. (Furniture)

    • Nagoya Sakae showroom opened
